City Geometries, the Odd Ruin, and Some Genealogical Burrowing
Discovered a dreamlike warren of an antiques store in Issaquah. In the front yard, among the rusty old farm implements, statuary, and whirligigs were many deer, elk, and even moose antlers, but also several of these Georgia O'Keefe numbers.
This must be in Old Issaquah, which apparently has not succumbed to the gentrification which seems to have infected Issaquah everywhere. Back in the '60's, we took Sunday drives to Issaquah, "to the country" -- ha! -- and I lived in rural Renton.ReplyDelete
Right. Toto, we're not on Front Street anymore.ReplyDelete
