Snow
An unseasonably dry and warm winter in western Washington means we have to go to Snoqualmie Pass to see snow, and not very much at that. Still, it was cold enough to freeze Gold Creek Pond.
Lovely pictures - but like you, we have to go much higher to see snow which is very unusual for this time of year. By now we should have had at least a couple of good snows here in Soulsbyville. Very strange and worrisome if we don't start getting more white stuff soon or come summer, the lakes - & especially the reservoirs - are going to concernedly low!
Beautiful photos, Sean, especially the last one.
ReplyDeleteFabulous photographs. They give such a feeling of space and nature.
ReplyDeleteWow, now is what I call a Winter Wonderland! So lovely, so winterness!
